Email info@swiftauctions.ca and include the email address on your account. For a specific auction, the vehicle and lot number help us find it.

Common questions

I didn't get my sign-up code. Check spam or promotions, then use "Resend code". Codes expire after 10 minutes.

How do I start an auction? List the vehicle from Selling, then open it under Parked and choose Go Live.

How are payment and handover arranged? Directly between buyer and seller. The seller marks the vehicle delivered once it is handed over.

I'm not getting notifications on my iPhone. Check Settings → Notifications → Swift Auctions, then open the app while signed in.

Delete your account

In the app: Profile → Delete Account. On the web: Profile → Delete account. More detail on Delete your account.
