Delete your account

In the iPhone app

Open Profile, tap Delete Account at the bottom, and confirm.

On the web

Sign in, open Profile, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.

By email

Email info@swiftauctions.ca from the address on your account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, phone, business name, address and dealer licence number
• Your sign-in and all active sessions
• Listings that have not sold, and auctions that have no bids
• Your watchlist, notifications and push notification devices

What is kept

Records of completed sales and of bids on auctions other dealers ran, without your identity — they appear as "Deleted user", because they are part of those dealers' own records.

Before you delete

If you are in the middle of a deal — leading a live auction, waiting on a decision, or with a sale not yet handed over — finish it first. The delete screen will tell you which one.
